Korean Journal of Optics and Photonics is the official publication of the Optical Society of Korea. The official title of the journal is ‘Korean Journal of Optics and Photonics’ and the abbreviated title is ‘Korean J. Opt. Photon.’. It was launched in 1990. Korean Journal of Optics and Photonics publishes the papers reporting recent advances, the state-of-the-art research and development results in all areas of optical science and technology. Korean Journal of Optics and Photonics is published six times (February, April, June, August, October and December) a year. Korean J. Opt. Photon. is indexed in the Korea Citation Index (KCI). The original contributions in all technical fields of optics such as the optical materials, the optical devices, the optical systems, and/or the topics related to theoretical and experimental aspects of new principles are welcome. The language used in manuscripts should be Korean and English. All submitted manuscripts are peer-reviewed by two or more reviewers. The submission of a manuscript indicates that it has not been published previously and is not concurrently submitted for publication elsewhere.
